Senior art director (freelance)
elespacio is a creative and digital marketing agency built on brandformance, the belief that distinctive creative work performs better. We're looking for a freelance senior art director to join us on an ongoing basis, shaping content for our international clients.
The role
You'll take projects from brief to delivery, working closely with our strategists, copywriters and designers. The work spans campaign creative, visual systems and social content, often with several briefs moving at once. This is a long-term collaboration, so how you work with people matters as much as what you make.
What you bring
● At least 5 years in art direction or brand design, in-house or at an agency
● A strong command of typography, colour and layout, plus experience directing photography and illustration
● Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
● Hands-on proficiency with AI image and video tools such as Midjourney, Gemini or Krea
● Motion experience, including storyboards and style frames, is a plus
● Good working English, which is the language of the studio

Our team sits between Barcelona and Berlin. We put the team before ego, and we look for people who share ideas early, take feedback well and leave the work better than they found it. We don't ask for degrees. Experience, taste and potential matter more.
